This Dry Rose’ is Carignane (107 year old vines) based, with Grenache. The Carignane vineyard was planted in 1907 and give this Rose’ a Strawberry, Stone Peach with hints of Red Ruby Grapefruit. Well balanced and round through the palate this Rose’ pairs well with food and is the perfect companion on a summer afternoon. Native fermentation and produced in stainless steel. Lovely rose! Light without being the least bit thin. Wonderful, nuanced flavors. Another delight from McCay Cellars.
