Petite Sirah 2013
Wine Specs

Petite Sirah 2013

A Petite Sirah with a very interesting nose; notes of blackberries and hints of iron and tobacco. Dense fruit notes on the palate with currants and blackberries dominating from start to finish. There is a dusty minerality and bright edge to this wine resting on silky tannins. A hit of tobacco comes through on the mid-palate and rides the currant and blackberry notes into a long finish.Appellation: Lodi  Harvest Date: 10/5/2013 Residual Sugar: Dry Bottling Date: 11/14/2016 Native Fermentation  Winemaker: Michael J McCay

Smooth, clean, natural taste with well balanced tannins, acidity, and fruit; elegant and not overbearing

A surprisingly big nose followed by a big hearty flavor. What a delight.
